C.L.E.A.R. means CULTIVATE. LEARN. EMBODY. ALIGN. RENEW

ABOUT THE RETREAT

What if the greatest challenge facing women's health today isn't hormones... but adaptation?

Every day, women healthcare professionals care for others while quietly carrying extraordinary demands of their own. The constant pressure to do more, give more, achieve more, and hold everything together has become so culturally normal that we rarely stop to ask a more important question:

What is this environment asking of our biology?

Modern science tells us that chronic, unresolved stress is a whole-body physiologic state that reshapes metabolism, immune function, brain health, hormone signaling, sleep, and our capacity to heal. Yet few healthcare professionals receive comprehensive training in recognizing when adaptive physiology has quietly become maladaptive, in their patients and in themselves.

You already know that healing is not something we force the body to do. It is something the body naturally does when we create an environment that permits it.

The C.L.E.A.R Retreat is that environment.

Set on the beachfront of Costa Rica, this is a 5-day, 4-night immersive experience where evidence-based clinical education meets the time, the space, and the conditions to actually feel what you know and who you are. You will earn up to 8 CME hours through accredited sessions with Tracy Harrison, founder of The School of Applied Functional Medicine, and leave with frameworks and tools you will use long after you return home.

Woven throughout, you will experience something that curriculum alone cannot provide: mindfulness practices, creative exploration, embodied awareness, and, most importantly, the kind of conversations that only happens when like minded women are finally in the same room together.

This retreat is not about stepping away from your life. It is about returning to it with greater clarity, renewed energy, and a deeper understanding of both yourself and the patients you serve.

  • The retreat is designed for licensed women healthcare professionals.

  • Our retreat is intentionally alcohol-free to support full presence and connection.

ABOUT US

Karina Zilberman is the co-founder of Breathtaking Retreats in Costa Rica, where she lives and will host and facilitate C.L.E.A.R.

Karina’s presence and her capacity to embrace each participant's process are the roots of the C.L.E.A.R. container. She has led dozens of retreats for healthcare professionals over the past decade.

She builds spaces where people are invited to stop performing the right answer long enough to explore the one that wants to emerge. Working through movement, connection, imagination, nature, and play.
