"Drops of Mindfulness in June" Video Series

We invite you to join us on a virtual journey towards calm and resilience with our new video email series, "Drops of Mindfulness in June: Finding Calm in Times of Distress." Throughout the month of June, we will share a weekly email featuring a short video produced by us, Karina Zilberman and Marcelo Bronstein. Each video will include a brief introduction and offer practical mindfulness techniques and insights to help you navigate these times of fragmentation, distress, and prolonged uncertainty with greater ease and tranquility. Our intention with this series is to provide small yet meaningful moments of calm and connection, fostering a sense of peace and resilience.

Week 1: Mindfulness Landscape

In this video, we explore mindfulness as a vast and dynamic landscape, inviting us to journey through different terrains of awareness and presence. A quote by Rumi “You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.”

Week 2: Mindfulness and Freedom with Marcelo Bronstein

In this video, Marcelo shares the essence of mindfulness and its transformative power towards freedom that he finds in this practice. A quote by Viktor Frankl: 'Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.'

Week 3: Finding Your Way to Unstuck with Karina Zilberman

Karina Zilberman shares insights on getting stuck and unstuck. This week's video: The Road to Unstuck by Karina Zilberman Karina shares the feeling of being stuck and offers guidance on how to navigate and move beyond it, emphasising the power of awareness and trust in the unexpected.

Week 4: Embracing Gratitude with Marcelo Bronstein

Welcome to the fourth week of our "Drops of Mindfulness in June" series. This week, Marcelo Bronstein focuses on the practice of gratitude. Marcelo highlights the importance of gratitude and how it can transform our perspective, bringing more positivity and joy into our lives. As you might have already experienced yourself, saying 'thank you' acknowledges the gesture, but saying 'thank you for...' while making eye contact and naming the specific reason behind your gratitude demonstrates genuine appreciation. This approach is more meaningful than a quick, automatic 'thank you' that can sound impersonal and routine.
