Congregation Adas Israel Travels To Costa Rica For A Transformative Mindfulness Retreat
Led by Rabbi Lauren Holtzblatt and Darci Lewis, this retreat is more than a change of scenery—it’s an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the deepest parts of ourselves.
A Breathtaking Retreat for the Soul With Your Rabbi by Your Side
Led by Rabbi Lauren Holtzblatt and Darci Lewis, this retreat is more than a change of scenery—it’s an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the deepest parts of ourselves.
Designed and facilitated by Karina Zilberman and Rabbi Marcelo Bronstein, this experience draws from over four decades of work at the intersection of Jewish wisdom, psychology, creative expression, and community-building. Each element is intentionally crafted to support both personal transformation and deeper communal connection.
Yours Hosts and Facilitators
Rabbi Marcelo Bronstein & Karina Zilberman
Inspired by the magic of summer camps and the depth of our sacred tradition, we’ll gather in nature to unwind, realign, and rediscover joy, hope, and clarity. Through contemplative practice, expressive arts, and meaningful mindful rituals, you’ll feel supported in your own growth—while also strengthening the bonds that hold us together.
This is not just a getaway. It’s a sweet yet profound journey—held by the presence of your rabbi and the skilled guidance of seasoned retreat professionals. No More Longing. Just Belonging. Fully. Tenderly. Closer Together.
