The attire for the retreat is "super-relaxed". Shabbat we dress in white!

Please make sure to bring the following:

Adequate clothing:
Montaña Azul is located at an altitude of 1,500 meters (5,000 ft) above sea level. The temperature during the day averages around 70º F, but it can drop to 59º F at night. Therefore, we suggest bringing warm clothing, especially for early mornings and evenings

All-terrain light shoes for trekking and water
Socks
Easy removable indoor shoes like flip-flops, sandals, Crocs - (We leave our outdoor shoes at the entrance of the Temple of practice)
2 Bathing suits
Shorts
Long Pants
Long sleeve shirts (mostly for sun protection)
Sunscreen and sunhat(s)
Sunglasses
Mosquito repellent
Coat jacket
White clothing for Shabbat eve and day
Kippah, Tallit, and Tefillin, if it is your custom to use
Comfortable and loose clothing for meditation, embodiment, and movement sessions
